PANTRY SERVICES

The Pantry Boys will do the pantry job i.e. preparation of tea & coffee and serve the same to Manager level staff, Office staff etc. The above boys will also serve water, snacks etc. as per the instruction of Office In-Charge from time to time

GARDENING AND LANSCAPING SERVICES

We used to develop and maintain the gardens, lawns by the experienced gardeners under the control of our Horticulturist who have the sound knowledge in the field of horticulture

Watering, weeding, mowing the plants regularly Top dressing, pruning of the plants

Periodical spraying of pesticides and fungicides and fertilizers Renovation of old lawns,

Planting of seasonal varieties

Nursery maintenance in the campus like - potting, repotting, propagation activities, compost preparation

ELECTRICAL AND AC MAINTENANCE SERVICES

We provide Electrical and A/C Maintenance for office campus, industries and multi storied building, by employing well-experienced licensed electrician and A/C mechanics under the control of Sr. Technical persons from our Engineering / Technical Division.

PLUMBING AND CARPENTRY SERVICES

Water management like continuous checking of water pressure, meter reading    operational costs, inflow /outflow center
• Maintenance of W.C, Flush tanks various values etc.

Detection and rectification of any leakage in plumping line

ELEVATOR OPERATIONS

Attending to the lift as per company timings or as per instruction from the sr. Manager

Co-ordination with the vendors who are having service contract with our clients.

Daily test & keep the generator in good working condition.

Inform any complaints regarding lift to the concerned authority
Also he will ensure that the generator batteries are always charges and tested daily
